Helen Khom & GroomLand.
Mystic Estate was founded by Helen Khom, an award-winning groomer and poodle enthusiast in Deltona, Florida. She runs GroomLand, her in-home studio where she has spent years caring for dogs of every size, coat type, and personality.
What began as a simple love for animals evolved into a life dedicated to coat care, confidence-building, and now breeding miniature poodles. Helen is known for her gentle handling, detailed trims, and her commitment to helping every dog look beautiful and feel relaxed.
Bringing home a Mystic Estate puppy means partnering with a breeder who lives and breathes dogs all day— at the grooming table, in the show ring, and curled up beside her own beloved poodles.

Mystic Estate puppies are raised in our home from day one with individual attention, early socialization, and gentle grooming so they grow into confident, well-adjusted companions.
We focus on health, temperament, and early development—not just a pretty trim. Puppies become familiar with household sounds, positive handling, and predictable routines that make their transition easy.
Every puppy leaves regularly groomed, exposed to enrichment, and supported with guidance for their new family. You're welcoming a beautiful, happy, and well-loved miniature poodle.

Our mommas are selected from distinguished AKC champion bloodlines and go through full health testing. They live in a calm, elegant home environment where structure, enrichment, and rest come first—setting the tone for every Mystic Estate puppy.
